Honor your journey.

Discover your resilience.

Welcome to an unhurried conversation where you can speak freely, be known, and find hope.

Your story matters.

A tree stump doesn’t just tell how long the tree lived, but how it lived: years of abundance and years of strain, seasons of steady growth and moments of damage. Pausing to read the space between the rings will tell you the tree’s history.

The tree’s beauty and strength are shaped not only by ideal conditions, but by how it grew through pressure and loss - written permanently into what it became. You can see what each year was for the tree depending on:

  • The Thickness of the Rings — Wide rings mean years of plenty with good rain, healthy soil and steady sunlight. Narrow rings mean years of hardship with drought, cold and disease.

  • The Shape and Scars in the Rings — Trauma of fire, storms, insect damage and human interference.

And so it is with us. Our beauty and strength are shaped not only by ideal conditions, but also through experiences of pressure and loss, written into who we have become. Discovering, grieving and delighting in what has shaped our uniqueness helps us live with hope and bring into this world the goodness, light and beauty God intends.

When we meet together we will look at the ‘rings’ of your story: the hardships, blessings and the scars that trauma and difficulties have left. All this has made you the person you are today. I look forward to walking with you.

Your faith matters.

Our faith has been shaped by what happened to us in our stories. God cares about what happened to you and cares about how you’ve made sense of your story. Do you struggle to see how God is present in your story? I offer this care as a pastor who needs it as well, trusting that Christ restores hope through people, his Word and His presence.

I know what it’s like to lose myself in relationships-choosing connection at the cost of my own voice. My story includes the slow work of learning to stay connected without disappearing or compromising my faith.

Is this the place for me?

Leaders, pastors, parents, brothers & sisters: I’m glad you are here.

We all inhabit the space between what is and what could be. We live with tension every day in small and large ways.

I have settled the tension by getting lost in relationships, choosing connection at the cost of my own voice.

I have wrestled with the tension of prioritizing attachment over authenticity, often setting aside my own voice in order to keep connection.

Where is that tension most present for you?

  • Do you ever feel voiceless?

  • Do you ever feel that you have made an unhealthy relational compromise?

  • Do you sometimes lose yourself in relationships?

  • Are you confused about how to honor yourself and others at the same time?

  • Do you sometimes feel defeated and ashamed by seemingly small moments?

  • Do you live under the pressure to be competent?

  • Do you have very few people you can trust?

My journey has been one of learning how to remain present to others without abandoning myself. If you long to feel heard and empowered, this is your space.

I provide trauma-informed story coaching & spiritual care in a setting where you can be honest, unhurried, and heard. I will help you develop negotiation and self-advocacy skills so you can grow through your circumstances rather than get lost in them.

Maybe you’re not sure what is wrong but you know life isn’t working right now. This is the space for you. Reach out to discover where this could lead.
